myLMS is an online labour market software that bridges the gap between education and employment. As part of their educational journey, students need support in defining their career goals, recognizing and overcoming barriers to achievement, and securing relevant employment. Unfortunately, institutions face an ever increasing administrative burden, which depletes resources that could be better used for direct student support. myLMS was created to automate the administrative burden and free up resources for direct student support to improve graduation and credential-related employment rates. 

 

myLMS not only manages institutional data and administrative tasks but also actively supports students in achieving credential-related employment by empowering them to define their labour market goal, articulate hard and soft skills, and overcome barriers. The software creates an employment plan for each student allowing them to record employment opportunities and work with staff to confirm realistic employment outcomes. myLMS has a proven history of success in increasing graduation and credential-related employment rates.
